Intruduction
The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects. During the warranty period, any such defects will be remedied without charge. It includes the costs of replacement materials. Swissparts AG, at its sole discretion, may elect to either replace the product with an equivalent product or refund the purchase price.
Any other claims are excluded.

RMA terms:
Confirmed wrong deliveries by Swissparts and warranty cases are dealt at no cost and as fast as possible.
It has to be a part from Swissparts AG.
Condition is a flawless, again salable and original packaging.
Returns are accepted only within 7 days.
Specify error description. (DOA or "defect" will not be accepted))
Undeclared shipments will be handled as a waste shipment.
We reserve the right to charge the administrative costs and external costs.
